There's Nothing Like It...
ITS ALL ABOUT YOUTHWORKERS!

THREE DAYS THAT IMPACT
THE OTHER 362 DAYS OF THE YEAR!

Develop Your
 YOUTH MINISTRY
with relevant and contemporary resources!

Our goals are to offer resources and information to help train youth workers to work more effectively with youth!

From a seasoned youth minister to first-time youth workers, these training workshops are ideal for groundwork preparation and personal renewal.  A great team-building experience at a fantastic conference center!

If your church has young people in attendance, you cannot afford to not have something in place to direct and lead them.  My hat goes off to any leadership who sees the need to invest in their youth.  Aside from equipping youth workers at the conference, each individual is given the opportunity to come together with hundreds of other youth workers from around the country--even as far away as Bermuda.  Additionally, they get to know others in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Remember, youth ministry does not necessarily get many accolades or thank you's, but it is certainly a part of the lifeblood of the Church.
If you are asking why should we have a youth ministry, the answer is found in two powerful passages: Matthew 22:37-40, Matthew 18:19-20.  These two passages offer us the five purposes for youth ministry, which are evangelism, benevolence, edification, discipleship and worship.  Youth ministry is built on these five purposes.  Every activity or program has to find some connection to one or several of these purposes.  These are the exact same purposes for the congregation as a whole, that is meeting the needs of children.  What leadership can argue with this principle for the existence of a youth program?

Looking for help and encouragement for youth ministry?

Workshops with a purpose are workshops that are interactive, introspective, and interpersonal, designed to give a clear vision for youth ministry!

These workshops will help equip your church with the necessary tools to have a successful youth program.

They will also illustrate the importance of having a ministry that focuses entirely on youth.
